The platform generates delegation risk assessments, regulatory crosswalks, and oversight scoring for delegate entities. The site presents information about Covenant's methodology, the Delegation Governance Standard (DGS), and related services.

Use Restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated tools to access this site or its content without written permission.
• You may not misrepresent Covenant's assessment outputs, risk scores, or regulatory crosswalks as your own methodology or proprietary work product.
• You may not redistribute the DGS framework, scoring algorithms, or assessment templates without authorization.

Accounts

The Covenant platform requires authenticated access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Covenant reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the security of other organizations' data.

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, the Delegation Governance Standard (DGS), risk scoring methodologies, regulatory crosswalks, and assessment frameworks presented on this site are the proprietary intellectual property of Covenant. Assessment results and reports generated through the platform belong to the contracting organization. The underlying methodology, scoring logic, and governance architecture remain ours.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
